So it is easier to add flags such as -DCMAKE_VERBOSE_MAKEFILE=ON to one-off CI jobs when testing something. Since it's unpacked at the end, it will overwrite previous cmake flags so that you can run a custom CI job without making a PR and pointing to it. |
