🐛 Describe the bug

Forward pass generates error with pytorch 2.0.

# Could not load library libcudnn_cnn_infer.so.8. Error: libnvrtc.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This seems to be torchvision's issue since such an error do not occur with hand-crafted models.
