Tracking issue for the Intel/XPU team to unblock Python 3.15 triton wheel builds.

Context

Python 3.15 / 3.15t support is being added across the PyTorch build matrix (umbrella: #184352). PR #184829 added Python 3.15 and 3.15t to the triton wheel build matrix, but XPU triton 3.15 builds fail. To unblock the PR, XPU was excluded from the 3.15 / 3.15t matrix in .github/workflows/build-triton-wheel.yml with the comment:

XPU builds for Python 3.15 are currently broken; skip until fixed.

Action items

• Investigate the XPU triton 3.15 / 3.15t build failure on Linux.
• Land the fix.
• Remove the XPU 3.15 / 3.15t exclusion in .github/workflows/build-triton-wheel.yml and re-enable the builds.
