Change integration tests tests for vllm + fbgemm + torchao integrations to use stable version

Currently in https://github.com/pytorch/ao/pull/2601 we have tests with all nightly versions since we need some new fixes in fbgemm-gpu-genai, but in the future we should only test with the stable version
