Addresses most parts of #3427 by adding the most recent public keys to the repo and updating the readme.
Wiki & homepage update will follow once this is merged.
BTW, the v12.5-v20.0b0.gpg key apparenty is also available on the ubuntu fileserver although I don't recall adding it there … Maybe
twineuploads it automatically? let's see if the new key makes it there as well at some point :D
