A simple option to add text such as "This release is available under the MIT license." to the end of the release notes.

Use cases

• License name is displayed close to the downloads on GitHub releases
• Makes it more obvious if older versions of a project were released under a different license

Possible implementation

An option such as license_name which enables this feature when set. If it is not configured, nothing is displayed.
