Description
PEP 751 was recently approved. It introduces a specification for Python lock files. It would be great if the entire Python community were to support it.
Impact
This would allow users of Poetry to use Poetry with repos that use uv, and users of uv to use uv with repos that use Poetry. A huge win in interoperability.

None.
