The .msp files are the ones we're interested in, they're Paint files from Windows 2.
You can tell these are Windows 2 files from
LinSin the header instead ofDanM, which are from Windows 1. We already have a test Windows 1 file created by Pillow. Pillow only saves as Windows 1 format.From https://github.com/wikimatze/dotfiles/tree/master/latex_package_install/picins

I've added all the files from the source picins directory, let me know if it would be better if some were left out or the directory renamed.
