What did you do?

I am looking up what license Pillow is using. However I see conflicting answers
HPND according to LICENSE (used by github tooling)
MIT-CMU according to pyproject.toml (used by tooling look license_scanner and PyPI)

What did you expect to happen?

Only 1 license including the text of the license

What are your OS, Python and Pillow versions?
