I don't think this is an improvement for typeshed's scripts. Anyone using or developing these scripts is probably experienced enough that "the duplication" doesn't really matter. |

I see what it's going for (as explained by the rules). But I'm not sure that I'm a fan of enforcing it (especially since we're not a library). At least it's autofixable.
Still opening so there's a trace for refusing this rule category/group.
