Moreover, I used the same NEWS category than cherry-picked changed: Build. Maybe it would now make more sense to use the new Security category? |

Python 3.4 now only accept security fixes, and no more macOS installer is produced. So according to @ned-deily, this change is not needed. I just close it. |
