Review Summary:
Reviewed all 9 changed files against the established version management conventions (see knowledge base: versioning/version_management.txt). The version strings are consistently updated across every artifact: full metadata (+0010) present in pyrevitlib/pyrevit/version and dev/Directory.Build.props as expected, and metadata correctly stripped in release/version, all installer .iss files, and pyrevit-common.props. The Chocolatey nuspec release notes URL is also correctly updated. No inconsistencies or issues found. Repository review guidelines (IronPython 2.7, black formatting, PEP8) are not applicable to these configuration/version files.
