The PR successfully improves tooltips to address issue #2569 with clear explanations about tool behavior and Revit UI limitations. The YAML formatting and translations are well-structured. One minor suggestion has been made regarding adding the Spanish title translation to maintain consistency with the newly added Spanish tooltip.
