[Bug]: The pyRevit and EF_Tools tabs disappeared after click Reload

### 🐞 Describe the bug

I click Reload on pyRevit to reload my tools (in the Custom Extension Directories), then the pyRevit and EF_Tools tabs disappear. Previously, pyRevit version 5.3 did not have this error.
I don't know if there's a way to make it reappear? I have to restart Revit every time this error occurs, it's very inconvenient.
