Description

✈ Pre-Flight checks

  • I don't have SentinelOne antivirus installed (see above for the solution)
  • I have searched in the issues (open and closed) but couldn't find a similar issue
  • I have searched in the pyRevit Forum for similar issues
  • I already followed the installation troubleshooting guide thoroughly
  • I am using the latest pyRevit Version

🐞 Describe the bug

pyRevit 6 doesn’t recognize installed Revit-versions
Every time while starting I get this error.

Image

Working with pyrevit 5.3.1 with several Revit versions did not have this issue.
I’ve installed pyRevit 6.0 after closing Revit and removing the old pyRevit version.
I’m working with Revit 2024.3

Image

(tested in Revit 2024/2025/2026)

I use one of these parameters in bundle.yaml and I think this is broken in pyRevit 6.x
It still also not working in pyRevit 6.1.0

min_revit_version: 2025
max_revit_version: 2024

How to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance
