Sorry for the Git-Mess... Rebasing remote-tracking branches seems to pull in a lot of "garbage". |

For a release, we need an up-to-date changelog. I tried to put all "important" PRs into this - but for the whole Azure/Travis/CI/CD topic, decided not to mention every single PR, as this would become quite some rendundant entries. I opted for a short description on what happened instead. Feel free to add missing PRs.
