In certain conditions, the title bar highlighting of the docks becomes out of sync with the dock currently being displayed upon restoration of the state.

m-labs/artiq triggers this bug, the pyqtgraph dock example does not. I have not narrowed down the source of the issue yet.

This is rather minor as correct title bar highlighting is recovered as soon as the user clicks on them.
