  1. Fix musllinux builds with rust-toolchain.toml (#359) 

    `musllinux`-builds would previously remove the default `stable`-channel,
which `sccache` tries to use when checking for tool compatibility.
This fix installs the `stable`-toolchain again after the deletion.
