We're getting this error numpy.ndarray size changed, may indicate binary incompatibility. Expected 88 from C header, got 80 from PyObject on a few recent PR CI runs, unrelated to the substance of those PRs.

Appears limited to our runner for GEOS 3.9 / numpy 1.19.5 / linux runners.

We're not alone, this appears to be happening in scikit-learn's hdbscan as well.
