Summary
I merged in the upstream to bring the fork inline with micropython master. That's the first commit. The second commit, I found that I was having an error in a build path, possibly something changed in one of the 500 commits since the original fork?
Testing
I'm able to build on ESP32S3 using esp idf v5.4. I don't have a scope on me (on vacation), but am able to get the counter example working on a UM TINY S3.
This ULP branch is so awesome, would love to see this get merged into mainline! Hope this helps.
