Backlinking to purescript/purescript#4244

Updates library to compile on v0.15.0

Looks like we need to update dependencies in Bower to point at their new dependencies. And this is only a breaking change because of the dependency updates, but the code here hasn't changed, so I think that deserves to be in the changelog message.

This PR will continue to fail until console and newtype are updated to v0.15.0 as they are pulling in the CJS versions of their dependencies.
