This PR backports the
BOX86_MAXCPUenv. variable.It also adds the
ADRARM instruction to thearm_instructions.txtgenerator input and rebuilds thearm_printer.cfile.Fixes the complaint in ptitSeb/box86-compatibility-list#48 (comment).
