This is a bit feature-y but hopefully it's minor enough - essentially, I was trying to debug the textbox scrollbar and found it annoying that the mouse was hidden (which, to be fair, I had told it to be). I feel like when piloting, users will always want to see the mouse so they know where it is, even if the mouse needs to be hidden when running. So I thought it made sense to have a pref for it, and it's a tiny change.
