uc ls lists all services in the cluster. uc service inspect can be used to list all containers for a particular service.
Sometimes, it might be helpful to list all containers for all service in the cluster including the machines they run on to troubleshoot service distribution and placement, monitor resource utilisation, or check container health for the entire cluster.
