Add left/right controller roles to config tool and client api #537
Description
This will allow a controller or combo of controllers to be identified as being for the left-hand or right-hand by bluetooth address.
A user can then physically discriminate between the left and right controller.
I would like to pass this property through when registering controllers in OpenVR using PSMoveSteamVRBridge.
