Summary

  • remove stale references to the Black Playground URL from docs and README
  • replace the getting-started online section with a local quick-try command using black --code

Testing

  • searched docs/README to confirm no remaining black.vercel.app references

Closes #5043

Great catch — done ✅ I removed the remaining outdated playground reference from .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug_report.md and pushed an update to this PR.
