Description

Add a Dask Distributed guide.

We used to maintain a guide in the extensions docs (https://extensions.proxystore.dev/0.1.2/guides/dask-distributed/) because the extensions package provided a custom Dask Client implementation for better ProxyStore support. However, ProxyStore have better native support for Dask now so it make sense to move the guide here and adjust it around the new native features.
