Description

Adds the RedisPublisher and RedisSubscriber interfaces for using Redis pub/sub with the ProxyStore stream interface.

Testing

Added unit tests using mock Redis client.

Also added the testing/scripts/redis_pubsub.py script for running against an actual Redis server.
