The UCXServer can timeout randomly. 94eeb1b found that setting debug=True on the asyncio event loop fixes the timeout, but of course, this is not a long-term solution.

We probably need to make a minimal program which can reproduce the bug so we can figure out if the issue is in ProxyStore or a UCX issue.
