Thanks, I guess we should plumb in the scrape timeout context in the registerCollector() function.

This change updates the go-systemd dependency to v22 and godbus to v5 to make use of versioned go-modules instead of a snapshot.
Some functions were deprecated and replaced by the successors that use a context.
