It will be handy to be able to pause (skip) reconciliation of specific Profiles/ClusterProfiles. This will allow to change configuration of already deployed add-ons. Use case:

• necessity to test changes in configuration of defined add-ons before rolling out configuration changes to all matching clusters.

Describe the solution you'd like
This could be achieved by adding LabelSelectorPredicate to corresponding controllers. So that Profile/ClusterProfile objects with specific label will be excluded from reconciliation.
