Skip host-discovery for scans targeting ports 80/443 (redundant with host-discovery) #727

Please describe your feature request:
If the scan targets only ports 80 and 443 the host discovery phase should be suppressed automatically (-Pn) as the probes sent out are exactly the same of the scanning phase. The user should be informed with an informative message.
