Major release of code associated with the manuscript "improv: A software platform for real-time and adaptive neuroscience experiments".

This minor release contains small improvements to documentation and continuous integration.

This release contains code to run the demos in the revised preprint. It also contains a text user interface, support for ZMQ, and a new command line launcher.
