- Add the Discord announce and update the Twitter message
- Explicit setting the development version after release
- Reference issues to release process improvements
- Move maintainers information to a dedicated MAINTAINERS.md file. CONTRIBUTING.md is for contributors and is already long enough, so don't bother people with internal documentation.

I think it should be better to keep the title with the link of the new page, like it's done on bpmn-visu.

Well, if we do that, this will break the generated HTML site which includes the content of CONTRIBUTING.md. It will generate a link to MAINTAINERS.html which is not available.
Otherwise, we should have to include the MAINTAINERS.md in the site generation. If we decide to go on that way, this must be a task in #40
