microsoft/TypeScript#60150 introduced a breaking change to the type behaviour of string literals and ArrayBuffers. This requires a
@types/nodeupdate to get the latest fixed types from DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped#70694.We're using
@types/node@18.19.76now.
