Feel free to merge all those refactor PRs yourself. It's usually better to not have to wait for review when moving things around. At this point I trust you to do the right thing :) |

We don't want to be adding too much logic to
printer.js, so I've moved the argument consolidation fromprinter.jstomultiparser.js.
