Looking good! And there are lots of changes 🚀

In the first paragraph we use a mix of past simple tense ('we did') and present perfect ('we have done'). I guess we can switch to present perfect everywhere since we're focused on the outcome, not the activity in the past.

There's also a TODO in a markup, related to #19398. This makes sense, because the PR is still a draft.

I updated the blog post to keep the intro short, move the parser upgrade details to "Highlight" section.
