Description

Add --json flag to pixi global list
This is useful for scripting and completions

Tested it locally with pixi run install-as pixid

I think pixi g list --json -e xxx should only respond with that env.

This is useful for scripting and completions
Support filtering by environment when using `pixi global list --json -e ENV`,
fix formatting issues flagged by CI, and regenerate CLI docs.
