Description
This fixes medium severity zizmor lints. This touches more things than #5134.
How Has This Been Tested?
It is not really possible to test this locally, I tried to increase the coverage by pushing this branch to
prefix-devso we at least test the trampoline PR.While Claude and I tried our best, if something doesn't work in CI after this PR is merged, this PR is probably to blame
