The CI has passed three times with Python 3.11 the last three months, so it seems like Python 3.11 is supported. This PR states this support in the package metadata.
I've also updated CI actions to use latest versions.
From my experience depending on
matplotlib-scalebarin other packages (e.g. orix), Python 3.7 is still supported. I suggest to leave this support in the package metadata.
