[Bug]: PDNS Server Status refresh wrong URL #793

Describe the problem
Refresh Status, on the PDNS Server status page ends up with a link to tools/pdns-status&action=refresh which should actually be tools/pdns-status?action=refresh
Found it on 2 buttons so far
Steps to reproduce
Open server status, use refresh buttons.
Poweradmin version
Database
MySQL
