I'm attaching 3 screenshots. This functionality also works with BIND. ispconfig (https://ispconfig.org) is free and can be installed in a multitude of ways. I think there is even a docker thing, too. (I don't use docker.).

The first screenshot is of the general screen for a zone. The 2nd what you see when you click DMARC, the 3rd is what you get when you click SPF and the 4th is what you get when you click DKIM. DKIM is it's own thing as you generate the domain key when you create the mail zone and it works in conjunction with amavisd or rspamd. Whichever you have installed. I wouldn't expect poweradmin to handle that functionality, but it could. ispconfig could generate and install the dkim and the values could be added through poweradmin. ispconfig doesn't fully support powerdns and it broke when I installed powerdns authoritative 4.8.
