When a scheduled task is disabled it still runs. Note !dadjoke was disabled a few days ago but I discovered I was running 0.11.7 so upgraded before reporting it.

Expected Behavior

When a task is disabled, it should not run.

Current Behavior

A disabled task still runs.

Possible Solution

Task should not run? :)

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Schedule a task.
2. Disable the task.
