@hmartinez82 sorry for all the efforts that went nowhere; bits and pieces from your pulls that could be integrated have been taken, but the VS projects will have to somehow go into the Progen, so I'm closing this. |

buildwin.cmd has been updated to support the
arm64platformFixes #3486
Requires #3485 to be merged first
