Issue body actions

• Data::SQLChannel does not properly handle the default initialization and properties setting by LoggingRegistry (bug)
• make SQLChannel exclusively asynchronous (run in thread and execute SQL synchronously)
• log SQL statements into a file if DB is not accessible
