Foundation in develop branch does not build for WinCE. There are at least two issues - Poco/String.h includes , which is not available on WinCE (fix can be taken from 1.4.6). Furthermore, new double conversion code reports that it does not support ARM target architecture. This needs to be investigated. Don't have time to do this for 1.5.2 release, though.
