The description for TaskProgressNotification appears to be wrong. It reads

This notification is posted by the TaskManager for every task that has failed with an exception.

Here's a small patch / suggestion: TaskProgressNotification.diff.txt

Also the link to POCO C++ Libraries Overview (PoCoOverview.pdf) on the Documentation page results in a 404.
