When using pnpm install on my linux Fedora 42, it download all binaries for biome

Describe the Bug

I opened an issue on their side biomejs/biome#7442 and they explained this is a package manager issue not respecting the os / arch specified.

Expected Behavior

Only downloading for my OS / Arch
