Reporting an Issue or Missing Feature

The following CAML works when running Get-PnPListItem -Query ... on lists with 5k+ items:

<View Scope="RecursiveAll">
  <Query><OrderBy><FieldRef Name="Title" /></OrderBy></Query>
  <RowLimit>1000</RowLimit>
</View>

However, it does not work for Add-PnPDataRowsToSiteTemplate -Query ... on those large lists. After reviewing the method, it looks like <View></View> is being added inline to the value of -Query. So this CAML works, albeit without the Scope="RecursiveAll" portion:

<Query><OrderBy><FieldRef Name="Title" /></OrderBy></Query>
<RowLimit>1000</RowLimit>

Expected behavior

I would expect to be able to use the same CAML for all commands where -Query exists, ideally, but definitely between Get-PnPListItem and Add-PnPDataRowsToSiteTemplate.

Actual behavior

Running Add-PnPDataRowsToSiteTemplate -Query ... on a list with 5k+ items using the first CAML sample results in a list view threshold error.
