Related issues

Notable changes

  • Name of vm is now "Velocity Template Language (VTL)". We could also rename the id and maven module to be "vtl"/"pmd-vtl"? No, at least not within this PR.
  • Name of Tsql is now "T-SQL"
  • Out of scope: [doc] Document TypeRes API and Symbols API #4319 - that means, that "Java" has a couple of TODOs left.

Ready?

  • Added unit tests for fixed bug/feature
  • Passing all unit tests
  • Complete build ./mvnw clean verify passes (checked automatically by github actions)
  • Added (in-code) documentation (if needed)
